Mississippi and Vermont. He has participated in the development,
financing and management of numerous apartment properties. As a
Mortgage and Real Estate Brokerage Business, contacts are
established with numerous lending institutions, banks, pension
funds, life insurance companies, R.E.I.T.`s and universities.
