Fred D. Taylor has been involved in real estate financing, development and
banking, for over thirty-five years. Started in residential loan
production, then commercial; working directly with developers, realtors,
title companies and architectural firms. |

Fred has obtained his Real Estate Brokers License in Texas, Florida,
Mississippi and Vermont. He has participated in the development, financing
and management of numerous apartment properties. As a Mortgage and Real
Estate Brokerage Business, contacts are established with numerous lending
institutions, banks, pension funds, life insurance companies, savings
& loans, R.E.I.T.`s and banks .
